Zambezi waterway project

The western world, developed without interference, when it comes to Africa, there is always environmental restrictions often enforced through western influence. We can't have nuclear power in Africa 'its not safe for the environment" yet its fine for them; they ferry ships along the Mississippi but when we want to do the same on the Zambezi, its a no no. Most of the negative sentiments are western driven through Environmental activists. Why is it Africa's responsibility to save the planet?? All just to provide a destination for foreign / western tourist to come and see nature?? Nonsense! dredge the Zambezi and improve African lives.
