Victoria Falls Safari Lodge - wonderful location
by Suzette Botha
(Stellenbosch, South Africa)
We stayed six nights in a suite. It was very attractive and comfortable.
We especially liked the hotel for the waterhole on site where game can be seen throughout the day. The hotel has a (FREE) shuttle into town (every hour). The friendly shuttle drivers stop to point out wildlife along the route - we even saw hyenas along the road. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just remember to ask that your toast must be brought WITH your breakfast. We had bad experiences on three occasions! The hotel has a lot of stairs. It is not recommended for anyone with a knee problem!
