I have viewed this property and personally think that it has massive potential. It is located less than 1km from the town centre, and in a few years time when Zimbabwe comes right and Victoria Falls takes it's place again as a major tourist destination, this will be an absolute goldmine. It is currently not being used as a lodge or a campsite and would need and injection of capital to get it operational, but it's a fantastic investment for someone with a bigger vision.
