I am just dropping you a line to thank you for helping to make our holiday to Victoria Falls so enjoyable.

Your guide was an enormous help, very informative and very reassuring.

Apart from at our hotel, the Elephant Hills, on the first night, we ate at the Lookout Cafe, the Victoria Falls Hotel and the Palm.

Just for your information the 'Falls Hotel was the one which didn't quite live up to its reputation. Several items on the menu were not available. I opted for beef steak which turned out to be completely inedible. I was told told that one of the the substitutes was Kudu, which, in fact, was not available, so I opted for Eland. One cut of the meat was fine but the other was stringy. The bill reflected the disappointment by not charging for my main course.

I stress that this is in no way a criticism of your guide.
