The Carnival is Upon Us
The Biggest Music Festival in Zimbabwe – Still Going Strong and Expanding! What used to be THE New Years' blowout in Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe), The Vic Falls Carnival has evolved, and even the time of the year that it takes place has changed. Last year, carnival organisers announced April dates and have confirmed that the carnival will now take place every year in April. Folks came from all over the world and enjoyed the first post-covid Vic Falls carnival at the new venue at Elephant Hills Resort. The Carnival in Livingstone This year, the town of Livingstone will enjoy a piece of the Carnival pie, as all the international carnival artists will be crossing the border to entertain at the brand new Raddison Blu Hotel, on the banks of the Zambezi River. "Victoria Falls Carnival: Destination Livingstone", as it had been dubbed, is a first, and gives visitors in Zambia a chance to experience the magic of African music. The Radisson Blu Hotel Mosi-Oa-Tunya, Livingstone Resort, is the perfect venue for the event. It boasts a spacious outdoor venue with stunning views of the Zambezi River. The venue provides a picturesque and immersive experience that will make the event even more memorable for attendees. To make it a 3-day event in Zambia, the Vic Falls Carnival is combined with the local annual Mosi Day of Thunder! The carnival dates will be 28th and 30th, with the Mosi Day of Thunder on the 29th.
