Hello Stacey,

As we have finished our vacation in Victoria Falls, we wanted to say thank you for the wonderful support and services you have provided :).
We have absolutely nothing to complain about, as all the experience exceeded our expectations.
The people we interacted with, from both the lodge and the trips we have booked, they have all been very welcoming and friendly.
Victoria Falls it's a wonderful location and we are definitely considering coming back in the future.

Plug adapter

Hi - what plug type is required in Zimbabwe so I can buy adapters in the U.K. pre travel please

Hi Glen

Our standard plug type is the same as UK... 13amp 3 pin square plugs. Most accommodation establishments these days have universal plugs though, to cater for all countries. Obviously does depend on where you are staying
