Hi Boo - My wife and I cannot thank you enough for all the help and advice you gave us. When we started researching for our holiday - Victoria Falls, Cape Town and the Garden Route - we found your website about Victoria Falls and we just knew straightaway that the information you have on your website would be invaluable and any enquiry we would have would be very professionally dealt with and it certainly was. You always responded so quickly to any email I sent you - fantastic customer service !

The priority for our holiday was to see the Falls at the right time of year even if that meant not being in South Africa during the Summer months. For us the beginning of September was absolutely perfect for the Falls on the Zimbabwe side(the Zambia side was so dried up) as your website advises. There is still a very good flow of water and you can also see the rock formations. There is some spray but you don't get wet which we are sure would be the case duing the rainy season! Also it was very easy to take photographs when there is so little spray.

There were no problems at all with the return transfers you arranged from Victoria Falls Airport to the Kingdom Hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Kingdom Hotel. For a 3-star Hotel we thought it was an excellent standard. A big selling point is that it is only a 5 minute walk to the Falls. It is also just a few minutes walk to Victoria Falls town.

The Sunset Dinner Cruise you booked us on through Bush Cuisine was WONDERFUL! It exceeded our expectaions! The whole experience of being on the Zambezi River was fantastic. We have never ever seen a sunset as red and we have never had dinner watching hippos in a river! We had a table at the side of the boat and could almost touch the water. The 3 course meal was first class, the service could not have been better and the unlimited drinks (beer, wine, spirits) went down very well!
