Poor bus service

We were travelling from Byo to Vic falls on the 14/12/28 returning on the 17/12/18. The bus was meant to depart at 6am but later left around 0730. The speed at which the bus was going a lot of people felt that there was something wrong with the bus. It was really struggling and eventually the conductor told us it was overheating so they have to organise for another bus from Vic falls. The driver never bothered to apologise or explain about the journey or how far we were from Vic falls. The driver looked fustrated and exhausted. Another bus later came from Vic falls to finish our journey. We were suppose to arrive in Vic falls around 11am but we eventually arrived at 1500. We were rushed to come out of the bus by the other driver who took over the journey. Again no apologies whatsoever. I was really fustrated and exhaustef by the journey. At the booking office in Byo the staff were telling us different price list for the same journey. We asked for the price Vic fall to Byo in the morning and were quoted for 53 bond in the morning but when we came back in the afternoon it was 54 bond. Does the bond gain value that quick? We didnt get a return ticket 5% discount as it is stated on the notice boards. When I asked I was told its because I had paid in bonds. The staff at Byo office are always busy with their phones not very willing to help passengers. The buses are luxurious and comfortable but the company is badly managed.
