Outstanding one-stop travel resource

I added a week long solo extension in Zimbabwe and Botswana after a longer group trip in South Africa. Boo and Tony were incredibly helpful with general information, potential itineraries based on my interests, and answering the numerous questions I had. They were very quick to respond and organized and reserved a fantastic itinerary with all the transfers for me. My trip went without a hitch. All the transfers were on time and drivers were friendly and professional. The accommodations and activities were outstanding. No surprise expenses. All the information provided was spot on. I can't say enough good things about The Hide Safari Lodge or Hwange National Park. Excellent facilities and service. Incredible wildlife. Great staff. Gorges Lodge in Victoria Falls was amazing. I've traveled all over the world and the view from my room at Gorges ranked in the top 5. The facilities were great and the staff excellent. Stargazing there is amazing (and safe--most of the other potentially great sites I'd visited were not safe at night due to the wildlife). Don't worry about it being out of town--they will provide a driver to make sure you get everywhere you want to go. I highly recommend The Victoria Falls Guide. They made everything easy, were great communicators, and planned a much better trip than I could have done on my own. I will definitely use them again.
