Being born in zimbabwe i normally travel to zim from SA amd was recently harrased bybpolice who claimed that the inbuilt Bmw rear reflectors were not acacepted and i needed stick on reflectors which i belive is totally absurd! Is this true or was this from someone misinformed as i cant spoil the looks of my car with stickers....

Avoid arguments and delays with overzealous ZR Police at road blocks. Stick the reflectors with non-permanant adhesive eg stick stuff or sellotape. I had to have my Toyota corolla resprayed after a journey to zimbabwe.
Most importantly be friendly to cops in any country. There is 70% chance of friendly service from the cops in response.
