Is it possible to enjoy victoria falls if you are only on the Zambian side?

We are travelling in Zambia and wanted to visit Victoria Falls. Do you think it is necessary to visit the Zimbabwean side as well, to appreciate Victoria Falls fully or do you believe it can be done from the Zambian side only?

This would help in deciding whether to get a double or single entry visa. Thanks.

Zimbabwe is a must

This question is a very good one and comes up often, please look at this previous FAQ for some guidance Zimbabwe vs Zambia

This Map of The falls shows you that only a fraction of the falls are viewable from the Zambian side.

In my opinion if you are coming a long way to see these magnificent falls then it is without question that you must view them from Zimbabwe.
