What about internet bandwidth are there any service providers that accept foreign credit/debit card?

Should accept your foreign card

Hi Arnold

I am not 100% sure but like everywhere they should accept your foreign card and you will be given the equivalent local currency amount in bandwidth. You will need to do this at one of the shops though. All reputable hotels provide free wi-fi for their customers so unless you need it on the go, you might not need to buy any.
