There is a train service aswell from Harare to Bulawayo and from Bulawayo to Victoria Falls. But this is not of the best standards.
If you have a bigger budget there are private air charter companies that run this route - Solenta air and Sefofane air. Their aircraft run this route regularily and they are often trying to fill the seats.
