It is easy enough to arrange a transfer that will pick you up from Safari Club and then drop you at the activity day center in Zambia where the Mukuni Big 5 will collect you from. They will also collect you for the return trip. The cost is $15 per person one way. Contact us if you need assistance booking this. Personally I would just get your Zambian day visa when you are there, it is a very quick process.

Not sure where you are coming from or going to. If you mean in Victoria falls then you will be dropped at the Kingdom hotel.
