Excellent customer service

I reached out to Victoria Falls guide for help booking a particular tour event and worked with Boo.
She was wonderful! Not only did she answer all our questions about the tour, but she answered several other questions we had that we were unsure about (visas, currency, etc).
Then, after booking our tour with her, we had a discrepancy with a different tour we had booked through a different company for the same day, causing the two tours to overlap which would have forced us to choose one or the other. I reached back out to Boo for assistance who quickly contacted the tour company and secured us a later time in the day so that we were still able to go on both our tours for that day.
I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip to this area, she is a wealth of knowledge and so friendly and willing to help. If I can ever get back, I will definitely book all my tours through Boo. Thank you Boo!!!
