Do I need to get Visa to cross Victoria Falls Bridge from Zim to Zambia just for a little while?

Only if you go through immigration

Hi Chris

If you go through immigration on the Zambian side then you have exited the country which means you will need another visa to re-enter. However, if you just go onto the bridge and don't go through Zambian customs then you don't need a visa, you just get a bridge pass.
