Some Information About Davisons Camp Slideshow

Being a Wilderness Safaris camp, you can expect a quality experience in both service at Davisons Camp, and guiding on their premier wildlife concession and in Hwange National Park - even though it is the least expensive of their Hwange camps.

In the image slideshow, you can see the type of accommodation at the camp - comfortable lodging with en-suite bathrooms, surrounded by real African bush. The main lodge offers a cosy lounge in an open plan, together with the dining area and fire pit. The swimming pool is there for those hot summer months, with the sun beds under large trees to shade you from the sun. You don't have to go far to see wildlife at this camp - the nearby waterhole is frequented by various animal species, large and small. Of-course there are safari activities offered including game drives, guided walks, cultural visits and bird watching.

Our Opinion

Davisons Camp is ideal for guests who want a genuine Safari experience. Being a premiere wildlife concession it’s not exactly cheap but it is more affordable than some other camps which are ultra-luxurious.

Rates for SADC clients are very reasonable, in the same range as far inferior camps. Despite being slightly more difficult to get to, I absolutely love this safari camp because of the quality of the game concession it sits in. Wilderness guides are also always of a high standard. Combinations of the Wilderness Camps in Mana Pools, Hwange and Victoria Falls area can be a brilliant way to round up a safari getaway. Offering comfort, luxury and great safari experiences.
