Absolutely Great Service When Our Flight was Delayed

Greetings, Stacey and her team helped us out when our flight was delayed 12 hours. We had booked two days of activities for our family of 4 through VicFalls Guide. As soon as our flight was delayed out of Frankfurt, I emailed Stacey and when I phoned the next morning they were already busy trying to modify our trip. Because of their quick work, we were able to rearrange our planned activities at Vic Falls and didn't miss a thing. Thank you very much guys! Also, throughout the booking process, we were provided with expert information on what activities we should engage in and e time required for each with suggestions on how to manage our time which ended up making our trip a great success and full of lasting memories.
